As part of our insurance compliance process, you may receive a mailed notice requesting updated proof of insurance. These notices are legitimate and sent on behalf of Energize Credit Union through our third-party insurance compliance service.
If you receive such a notice, use the QR code included in the letter to upload your documents; or email the required documentation to us, and we can submit it for you. Failure to provide acceptable proof of coverage with Energize Credit Union listed as the lienholder may result in force-placed insurance on your loan. This may increase your monthly loan payment and total loan amount.
