Early Access to CDs
	- Early withdrawal penalties waived if you need to access certificate funds
Loan Payment Relief
	- Skip-a-Payment fee waived
- Up to two consecutive monthly skips available for qualifying members
Signature & Christmas Loan Support
	- Processing fees waived on new Signature and Christmas Loans
- Up to two-month payment deferral available at loan opening or at the time of advance
Who Qualifies
To take advantage of these temporary hardship solutions, please provide one of the following:
	- Official furlough documentation from your employer or your spouse’s employer, or
- A signed and dated letter confirming your SNAP benefits are locked or on hold due to the government shutdown
